About Erica Griffin

M.A Clinical Psychology, PhD Social Psychology

As a registered psychologist for over a decade, I've had the privilege of supporting people navigating life's complexities. I understand that seeking support is a significant step, and I strive to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for each person I work with.

My dedication to understanding the complexities of human experience extends beyond clinical practice. Driven by a desire to explore the broader influences on individuals and groups, I pursued and obtained a doctorate in social psychology. This academic background provides me with a deeper understanding of how societal structures, social relationships and concepts such as attitudes, communication, and prejudice shape our lives. I have found this additional study enriching to my therapeutic approach.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, navigating life as neurodivergent, or simply seeking support through life's transitions, I'm here to walk alongside you. My goal is to empower you to discover your inner strengths and develop the tools necessary to create lasting positive change. I believe in the power of connection and look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey.

Outside of work, I love having adventures with my little family, exploring nature, or curling up with a cup of tea and losing myself in the pages of a book.
